We don't restrict any features during your trial, so you'll have access to every Lucky Orange feature. If seven days isn't long enough to try out all of our features, you can move to our free plan after your trial ends.
Yes. Additional sites can be purchased for $5 per site. All of your sites will share from the total number of pageviews available on your plan, but each site's data will be accessed separately from one another.
You can create and launch an unlimited number of surveys and announcements on every plan. You also receive unlimited responses and interactions.
Yes. You can upgrade from a plan's default storage to 60, 90, 180 or 365 days of storage. We use the following formula to determine the total cost of your plan with extended storage:
60 day storage = base plan multiplied by 1.15
90 day storage = base plan multiplied by 1.25
180 day storage = base plan multiplied by 1.5
365 day storage = base plan multiplied by 2
Heatmaps and recordings storage refers to the playback of a visitor session or the engagement data shown on a heatmap. Event data storage refers to survey and announcement results and responses, live chat logs, and visitor event data such as source, visit number and the events they experienced.
Yes. Event data can be stored for as long as your account is active. This can be added within account settings or by contacting our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Lucky Orange doesn't sample visitor traffic, so once you've hit your monthly pageview limit, you'll stop tracking visitors and will be unable to display surveys and announcements or use live chat. You can add more pageviews to your plan to resume tracking.
