Let's get to know Discovery, how it relates to the rest of Lucky Orange and how you can start using it today to take your website to the next level and beyond.

What is Lucky Orange Discovery?

Put simply, Discovery helps you answer pressing questions about your website visitors. It does this through a collection of Optimization Opportunities tied to specific parts of the customer journey, all created as a result of the combined knowledge and experience of the Lucky Orange team.

Here's how it works.

Throughout Lucky Orange, we've added a handy button that invites you into Discovery.

Inside Discovery, you’re greeted by our initial library of Optimization Opportunities. Each of these opportunities represent something our team thinks you should be paying attention to on your website. 

To start, choose an Optimization Opportunity to explore. On the right-hand side, you’ll see a deeper description of what we’ll be showing you, framed as a prompt parameter. This includes what audience segment you’ll be viewing and where Discovery will send you inside Lucky Orange.

Then, click Discovery.

Discovery takes you to the right spot inside Lucky Orange to learn more. This may be a pre-filtered and segmented group of Session Recordings, a list of top pages on your site or anything else that can help you better understand what’s happening with your visitors.

And because we know teams are asked to execute on a wide variety of tasks, we don’t expect every single Lucky Orange user to be a highly-trained CRO expert or someone who loves watching Session Recordings all day.
