Common Reseller Questions

• How much money can I make?
  That's up to how much you charge. Let's say you charge $50 a client to manage Lucky Orange for them. If you had the small reseller plan and had 5 clients you would be earning $250 / month and paying us $125. That's a profit of $125 / month. If you charged $100 a client, your profit would go up to $375 / month. Our plans are tiered, so the more clients you have the more you can make.
• Who will bill my clients?
  You are responsible for billing your clients.
• What about the www.luckyorange.com url? Will that be visible?
  You will be given a different tracking code to give to your clients. It will point to livestatserver.com.
• What happens to my clients if I cancel my account or miss a payment?
  If your account is cancelled, then your clients will not be able to login to their account unless you subscribe again.
• Can I put my own logo on Lucky Orange?
  Yes. You will be able to choose a url and have it shown throughout the Lucky Orange interface.
• Will the Lucky Orange logo be visible anywhere?
  Nope. That's the main reason our reseller accounts are more expensive.
• Why is this more expensive per site than a regular account?
  These plans are for companies that want to resell Lucky Orange to their clients. For that reason, the system is white labelled, and setup so that they can charge their client whatever they want for the service.
• Can I setup permissions for my clients?
  Yes. You will be in charge of creating your clients accounts through our reseller interface. You can setup permissions for each account you create. So, if you just wanted to have a client that could only use polls and heatmaps, you could set that up.
• I need a bigger plan. What should I do?
  Just contact us and we'll work something out.
