• Is this pricing per domain name?
  Yes. The code works by tracking your domain name. By adding the code to multiple sites and using the same email address, you can group sites together in the dashboard and switch from one to the other quickly.
• Do you offer volume discounts?
  Yes. If you have 3 or more sites with us you will now be able to get volume discounts as follows:
  
  3 - 9 sites: 5% off
  10- 19 sites: 10% off
  20+ sites: 15% off
  
  Sites are grouped by email address.
• Will this slow my website?
  No. Our code loads asynchronously which means it won't cause your page to wait for it to load. As well, if our server ever goes down, your site should not be affected.
• Is this really real-time?
  Yes. We use socket servers instead of polling mechanisms to ensure that you are seeing visitor activity as real time as it gets. Watching mouse movements is also based on our socket server technology, so when a user moves their mouse, your screen reflects that the second it happens.
• What's a concurrent visitor?
  When we say you can have up to 100 simultaneous visitors tracked that means 100 visitors on your website at the same moment. Even websites with a million visitors a month might only have 100 simultaneous visitors at a time. As an example, one of our sites gets about 350,000 visitors a month and peaks at 50 simultaneous visitors.
• What happens if I go over my concurrent visitors?
  The code will simply stop tracking new visitors. As soon as 1 visitor leaves, it will open that slot up for a new visitor. As well, any new visitors will NOT see any chat buttons or poll questions. You can upgrade your plan to increase your limit.
• Will this hurt my search engine rankings?
  It shouldn't. Our software doesn't do anything illegal. This kind of tracking data is readily available to the browser and no malicious code is used to obtain it. In fact, Google Analytics does similar tracking with click maps - though it isn't real time.
