Concurrent Visitors Per Site

Addons

Remove Powered By Removes the "Powered by Lucky Orange" from the frontend side of things. Specifically, from the chat box that visitors see as well as the polls that visitors interact with. 2x whatever plan you are on.
White Label Includes the "Remove Powered By" addon. In addition, this removes all Lucky Orange branding from the backend side of things. Also, includes a custom subdomain that you can send your clients to that is unbranded. All emails will also be unbranded (e.g. forgot your password, email reports, etc.) 3x whatever plan you are on.

Do you have any larger plans?
Yes. We have larger plans if you need them. Contact us for more information.

Will your branding / powered by text be visible?
Yes. However, you can purchase an addon to remove the powered by text.

Is this pricing per domain name?
No. You can have more than one site per account. The number of sites is listed above for each plan. The major limiting factors are a shared page view bucket and other per site limitations such as number of recordings, heatmap data, and site operators.

Will this hurt my search engine rankings?
It shouldn't. Our software doesn't do anything illegal. This kind of tracking data is readily available to the browser and no malicious code is used to obtain it. In fact, Google Analytics does similar tracking with click maps - though it isn't real time.

Will this slow my website?
No. Our code loads asynchronously which means it won't cause your page to wait for it to load. As well, if our server ever goes down, your site should not be affected.

  

Do you offer discounts?
Yes. If you purchase an annual or bi-annual subscription you will get a discount.

What happens if I go over my page views?
All sites under your account share page views. As soon as you hit the limit on your account all of your sites will stop tracking new visitors. As soon as the month resets or you upgrade to a larger plan, tracking will resume again. You can still access older recordings while you are over your limits, but you will not be able to chat with any new visitors, see new visitors to your site, or create new recordings.

What's a concurrent visitor?
When we say you can have up to 1000 simultaneous visitors tracked that means 1000 visitors on your website at the same moment. Even websites with a million visitors a month might only have 100 simultaneous visitors at a time. As an example, one of our sites gets about 350,000 visitors a month and peaks at about 100 simultaneous visitors. If you need to manage more than 1000 simultaneous visitors please let us know and we can accomodate.

What happens if I go over my concurrent visitors?
The code will simply stop tracking new visitors. As soon as 1 visitor leaves, it will open that slot up for a new visitor. As well, any new visitors will NOT see any chat buttons or poll questions. You can upgrade your plan to increase your limit.
