Heatmap specify specific pages.
Refresh your Lucky Orange dashboard and goto the heatmap tab. There should be a new checkbox labeled "Require Reports".
If you check that box, then we will only gather heatmap data for pages on your site that match one of the reports you generated. You can PURGE the heatmap data and enable that and then pre-select the pages you are interested in. Hope this helps.

Version 0.8
Flash no longer required
Previously, flash was used to help with underlying socket connections. The new version will still use flash, if available, and otherwise use other technologies such as web sockets or even XHR polling (for those interested). This means that for users browsing with ipads/iphones where flash is NOT available, you should now be able to see/talk to them. NOTE: We have not yet made extensive testing on ipads/iphones. Please contact us if you would like to help with this.

Unique Stats
Previously, if one visitor opened 3 tabs they would be counted in the total visitors tally and their stats would inflate the TOP STATS of the dashboard. For instance, if they came from Google it would count that as 3 visits from Google, when it was really only one person with 3 tabs opened.
Now, stats are based on UNIQUE visitors. If you hover of the TOTAL VISITORS in the top right of the dashboard you will see the total TABS opened as well. All Top Stats are now based on unique visitors so users with multiple tabs opened will only be counted once.
SOUNDS: As well, you will only hear a door bell / door shut if the user is new. Previously you would hear a ring as the visitor navigated from page to page. Yay!

Chat within the Browser
Your visitors will now see the chat pane follow them across pages on the site. Previously, when a visitor chooses to chat with you, it popped out into a window. This means the user has to jump back and forth from that window to your site. No longer. Now, visitors chat will follow them as the move from page to page. In addition, you can set a subtitle for your name to appear when you chat. For instance, You can have the chat window show your Name and job position such as "John Doe, CEO", or "Jackie Smith, Authorized Agent".
To change your subtitle just login to your dashboard and hover over your name at the top left of the dashboard. You can then click on it to edit it in place.

Pre-Chat Questions
You can now setup your chat box to ask pre-chat questions before a visitor will be able to chat with you. This could help to get the customer's email, name, account number, or whatever else you'd like. Just go to the CHAT tab and click the new sub nav "Pre-Chat Questions"

Push Poll / Chat Events to Google Analytics
You can now send custom poll and chat events to your Google Analytics account. For example, you can send an event to your Google Analytics account every time someone sees a poll, close the poll, or submits a poll.

Search recordings for internal URLs
You can now filter recordings by searching for the internal URLs that the visitors navigated to. Just click the checkbox next to the FILTER box in the recordings tab.

Allow the choice of deleting oldest recording when recordings are full.
You can now choose to either stop recording new recordings if you are full, or just delete the oldest one and continue recording in a cycle fashion. Login to your dashboard, click the Recordings Tab, and you will see a toggle button on the top right.

Heatmap Redesign
Heatmap data is now separate from recordings. You can purge all data when you'd like and generate specific heatmap reports based on url, words in url, date ranges, user agents, locations. You can also choose different HTML versions of the heatmap you are viewing.

End Chat Session
Clicking the X on a chat window will now show a confirmation and officially END the chat session. So, on the user's side if an operator ends a chat session it will let them know that.
You can hold CTRL when you click the X to skip the warning.

Chat Restoration Changes (Behind the scenes)
If you logout and log back in to the chat tab you normally would still see the chat windows from any old conversations. This used to be handled via cookies and was a bit buggy.
Chat windows will now restore themselves based on our databases, so you can login on another machine and still see them. As well, they will now check if the user has logged out or not accurately.

Auto Play Next Page
You can now specify if you want to auto play the next page while watching a recording. Previously it always auto played. But, if you want to view the mouse path of a recorded session you might want to disable auto play so you can analyze the path.
